Legendele o opresc pe Gorilla Grodd de la uciderea viitorului președinte Barack Obama în anii 1980, împiedicând un alt anacronism și întârziind și mai mult eliberarea lui Mallus. Damien își dă seama că Nora va fi ucisă când Mallus este eliberat, determinându-l să se alieze temporar cu Legendele. Aducându-l pe actorul John Noble să suplinească vocea lui Mallus, echipa o păcălește pe Nora pe Waverider și o conține.
